Each year we try to escape to an island paradise for a couple of days. In the Fall of 2006 we went to Aruba. Sadly, we were disappointed with this island, as it fell somewhat short of paradise. Nevertheless, we made the most of our time there, by avoiding the madding crowd as much as possible, and exploring the more remote and scenic parts of this semi-arid isle.
