We recently remodelled our basement (see “Home Improvements” gallery at left) and decided to show it off in style (and beat the winter blues) by hosting a Wine and Cheese evening with friends. Each guest was asked to bring a bottle of their favourite wine and a block of their favourite cheese.
Our only other instructions ... eat, drink and be merry!
